Program Schedule: Week of August 3 to Week of October 5, 2026
Program Format: Available Online, Onsite, Hybrid
Most students know what they should do. Very few know how to consistently do it.
The purpose of the Youth Execution Program is not simply to teach productivity or discuss self-improvement books. The purpose is to help students experience real personal change through consistent execution.
Over ten weeks, students will learn how habits are built, why systems matter more than motivation, and how small actions performed consistently can transform their lives.
This program is built around coaching, accountability, discussion, and real-time implementation.
By the end of the program, students should not only understand the principles from Atomic Habits, but have tangible evidence that they successfully changed themselves.
Ideas are easy. Execution is difficult.
This program teaches students how to:
Build good habits
Improve bad habits
Design systems that make success easier
Hold themselves accountable
Develop confidence through action
Become more intentional with their daily choices
The Youth Execution Program is built around Atomic Habits by James Clear, which serves as the primary curriculum throughout the 10-week program. Students will apply the book’s principles through weekly reading assignments, workbook exercises, habit tracking, and guided discussions.
To complement the core curriculum, selected concepts from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey will be incorporated into weekly lessons. These lessons will reinforce topics such as personal responsibility, leadership, goal setting, and long-term personal growth.
10 Weeks. 60-90 minutes per week (depending on # of students)
Meeting Frequency:
One in-person session per week
Each meeting will include a combination of:
Group discussion
Progress check-ins
Accountability
Reflection
Mini lesson
Practical exercises
Planning for the following week
Students will also complete reading assignments and workbook exercises between meetings.
The Youth Execution Program is a coaching program, not a book club or lecture series. Students actively apply what they learn each week while receiving ongoing guidance, accountability, and support. The instructor’s role is to help students overcome obstacles, refine their systems, celebrate progress, and build the consistency needed for long-term success.
The instructor’s role is to help students overcome obstacles, adjust systems, celebrate wins, and continue moving forward even when motivation fades.
Students are expected to:
Read assigned chapters each week
Complete workbook exercises
Attend weekly sessions
Track their habits honestly
Participate in discussions
Reflect on successes and setbacks
The emphasis is honest effort, not perfection.
By the end of the program, every student should leave with tangible evidence of personal growth.
Each student will choose one meaningful habit to develop over the course of the program.
Around the midpoint of the program, students will identify one habit they would like to reduce or improve.
A personalized system that captures each student’s habits, goals, reflections, and measurable growth over the 10-week program.
Every student will choose one small skill they have never learned before.
The purpose is not the skill itself. The purpose is to demonstrate that consistent practice produces results.
The instructor is not simply teaching concepts.
The instructor serves as:
Coach
Accountability partner
Facilitator
Mentor
Encourager
Problem solver
The goal is to help students continue executing when motivation decreases.
The success of the program should not be measured by how many chapters students finish.
Instead, success is measured by evidence that students changed their behavior.
Indicators of success include:
Consistent habit tracking
Improved routines
Reduced bad habits
Completion of the Proof Challenge
Increased self-awareness
Higher confidence
Stronger personal systems
