This summer, 7EDU will be hosting a variety of onsite academic programs, classes, and camps designed to help students strengthen their skills and prepare for future academic success. To help create a positive and productive learning experience, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team as Onsite Operations Assistants (OPs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs).
These volunteer positions offer a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational support, student engagement, and program operations while making a meaningful impact on students throughout the summer.
As an Onsite Operations & Teaching Assistant, you will help support both the daily operations and classroom experience of our summer programs. This role serves as a key connection between students, families, instructors, and staff, helping ensure that programs run smoothly while creating a welcoming and productive learning environment for students.
Volunteers assist with classroom preparation by setting up tables, chairs, monitors, and other learning materials before each session. They help welcome students, support check-in and attendance, guide students to the appropriate classrooms, and assist instructors throughout classes and camps.
In addition to classroom support, volunteers help manage important administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities may include monitoring attendance, following up with students who are late to class, supporting communication through student and staff group chats, assisting with enrollment-related tasks for newly registered students, and helping assign practice resources, mock tests, and student accounts.
Throughout the summer, volunteers help maintain an organized and positive learning environment by encouraging student participation, supporting classroom expectations, tracking mock test scores and student progress records, and providing basic technical support for classroom equipment and devices as needed.
This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy working with students while also contributing to the organization and coordination of educational programs. It is a great opportunity for those interested in education, mentoring, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and program operations.
This comprehensive SAT preparation program combines instruction, practice, and test-taking strategies to help students strengthen their performance across all sections of the SAT.
